Who we are
Behavioral and Academic coaching is tailored to each client's personality and experiences, employing techniques such as successive approximation, modeling by coaching staff, staff self-talk, and opportunities for clients to practice and refine skills, based on each person's interests and support needs.
MyNeuroVoice coaches provide personalized, intensive support by developing coaching plans with clients focused on self-analysis, goal setting, action plans, and behavioral follow-through.
Coaches work with clients to determine appropriate interventions, such as apps, tools, and communication strategies, while modeling behaviors to enhance cognitive skills, executive function, and routines.
They also assist clients in coordinating mental health support and finding social and community connections.
By fostering personal growth, we empower neurodivergent individuals to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living and the pursuit of their aspirations.

Founded by Executive Director Wendy Ralston, MSW, she and Assistant Director Susan Wilhauk, M.S.Ed. have utilized their decades of experience as Special School District (SSD) educators to develop MyNeuroVoice, focused on improving the quality of life for neurodivergent adults, ages 18-30. With experienced teachers at the heart of our program, neurodivergent individuals, as well as their parents and caregivers, can be assured that their adult children are working with dedicated professionals who care about the progress and success of the individuals they coach.
